Services Provided
Grooming $25 hr (1 hr minimum)
Exercising $30 hr ( 1 hr minimum )
Lay-ups $35 per day, trained professional caring for, hosing, soaking, bandaging etc
Catch/Hold for farrier or vet $10 per hr, schedule 72 hrs in advance to avoid emergency charges
Vanning $50 plus $1.00 per mile
Emergencies 8:00 am -5:00 pm $30 hr
5:00 pm-8:00 am $40 hr
Deposit fees $100 per horse boarded
Late fee $50 after 15th of the month
Additional Services offered:
LEASING: Horses are available for on farm leases.
Rates: 1/4 lease $125.00/mo ~ (2 days/week), (1 mandatory lesson/week)
1/2 lease $250.00/mo ~ (3 days/week), ( 1 mandatory lesson/week)
Full lease $500.00/mo ~ (variable), (2 mandatory lesson/week)
PONY RIDES & BIRTHDAY PARTIES:
Pony rides ~ $30.00/hr
Birthday Parties ~ $100.00/hour
FACILITY RENTAL FOR EVENTS:
Full Facility ~ $500.00/day
Arena Rental only ~ $250.00/day
TRAIL RIDES:
Your horse: ~ $10.00/day (Must be self insured)
Guided tours ~ $30.00/hour
